Claims: |

Claims for shortages, overages, factory defective merchandise or any and all errors must be made in writing within seven (7) days of receipt. Claims will be evaluated and subsequent authorization for return shipment forthcoming. Return shipments must be authorized in writing and shipped prepaid. NO COLLECT shipments will be accepted without prior authorization. Credit adjustment will be issued only after final evaluation. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking charge. All returns must be authorized in advance and will be assigned an RGA number. Used products are not eligible for return credit unless defective as determined by Automotive Speed Technologies, Inc. |
